Rowheath Pavilion Fireworks, Bournville

Rowheath Pavilion's fireworks night is back, with two displays, street food and fairground rides.
The earlier low-noise display is particularly handy if you're bringing little ones who aren't quite ready for the bigger bangs. And with food stalls serving everything from pizza to pancakes, dinner is sorted too.

The British Oak is bringing fireworks back to Stirchley, with street food, music and plenty of autumn atmosphere.
Original Patty Men will be serving food, DJs will be providing the soundtrack, and there's hot chocolate for anyone who'd rather keep their hands wrapped around something warm.

Wythall Park is hosting another big Bonfire Night celebration, with a roaring bonfire, two fireworks displays, food vendors and fairground rides.

Hellfire Halloween Fireworks Extravaganza, Shirley

Fireworks, a giant bonfire and a haunted trail full of spooky surprises! Matt's Mission Children's Charity is bringing Hellfire Halloween back for 2026, and it sounds like quite the evening.
There'll be two fireworks displays, live music, fire breathers, children's rides, inflatables, face painting and plenty of food stalls. Brave little adventurers (and their grown-ups) can also explore the Haunted Trail of Terror, with a live scare maze included in the ticket price.
It's all in support of Matt's Mission, a local children's charity helping seriously ill children.

Tips for taking children to fireworks displays
Choose the right display. If your children are younger or sensitive to loud noises, look for an event with an earlier, lower-noise display. Remember, lower-noise doesn't mean silent.
Book before you go. Several Birmingham and Solihull displays don't sell tickets at the gate. Check availability before promising the children an evening of fireworks.
Wrap up properly. Hats, gloves, warm coats and waterproof footwear are all worth bringing. A spare pair of socks for the children isn't a bad idea either.
Check parking arrangements. Some venues have road closures or no on-site parking. Public transport or a short walk might save you a lengthy hunt for a parking space.
Bring ear defenders if needed. Fireworks can be very loud, especially for younger children. Children's ear defenders can make the evening more comfortable.
