Santa’s Enchanted Christmas Grotto (22 Nov – 24 Dec 2025)
Santa returns to Touchwood this festive season with his magical Christmas grotto located in Jubilee Walk. 

Children can visit Santa, share their wish lists, and receive an early Christmas gift. Tickets are £7 per child (with a November early-bird price of £5), and adults do not need tickets. 

Sensory-friendly sessions are available on 29 November and 6, 13 and 20 December. 

Pre-booking is recommended, though walk-ins may be available depending on capacity. 

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted, but rescheduling is possible. 

Proceeds from unused tickets support the charity Little Hearts Matter.

The Grinch’s Takeover – 29 Nov, 13 Dec & 14 Dec
The Grinch is back and causing festive chaos throughout Touchwood on selected dates. 

Appearing on 29 November, 13 December, and 14 December, he’ll be roaming the centre with unpredictable mischief and plenty of photo-worthy moments. 

This event is free, requires no booking, and the Grinch will not be inside the grotto, he’ll be exploring the whole centre instead.

Meet Jingle Bell the Reindeer – 7 December 2025
Families can meet Jingle Bell, Touchwood’s friendly four-legged festive guest, on Sunday 7 December. 

This charming encounter is perfect for children and adults who want a magical moment with a real reindeer. 

This event is free and does not require booking.

The Christmas Crackers – 21 December 2025
On Sunday 21 December, The Christmas Crackers will roam the centre bringing bursts of festive fun. 

With jokes, music, and cheerful entertainment, these performers add an extra sparkle to the shopping experience. 

This is a free roaming event, and no booking is needed.
