• Father Christmas Grotto: Each child will get a special time slot to meet Father Christmas and receive a festive gift! (Children under 3 are free and receive a small gift.)
• Family-Friendly Trail: Follow the clues to uncover what the mischievous elves have been up to around the Lock-Up!
• Letter Writing to Santa: Let the kids share their holiday wishes in letters to Father Christmas.
• Festive Crafts: Enjoy a seasonal crafting activity where kids can create holiday keepsakes.
• Hot Chocolate: Every ticket includes a delicious hot chocolate to keep you warm and cosy.

Ticket Information:

• Booking Required: Please book your entry slot ahead of time. You’ll receive your time for the Grotto visit upon arrival.
• Unlimited Exploration: While the Grotto visit has a designated time, you’ll have unlimited time to enjoy the other festive activities in the museum!
