Discover the beautiful Japanese art of Hapa Zome, where flowers, leaves, and other natural materials are gently pounded onto fabric and paper to create colourful botanical prints.
After a live demonstration, children and their grown-ups can experiment with different plants, explore which materials produce the best patterns, and create their own unique nature-inspired artwork to take home.
All materials are provided, making this a fun, hands-on workshop that's suitable for beginners.
Free tickets also include general admission to the gardens for one child and one accompanying adult, offering a great opportunity to combine creative activities with a day exploring nature.
