Family Scary Stained Glass Workshop

Learn the art of creating copper foil stained glass Halloween decorations with this one-day course. Participants will be introduced to traditional stained glass skills, focusing on the copper foiling technique to create decorative ornaments. The course covers essential skills like glass cutting, grinding, foiling, and finishing, allowing each participant to create a finished piece to take home. It’s an ideal opportunity for families to explore stained glass art together in a relaxed and friendly setting, with the option to create individual or collaborative designs.

Who is it for?
This course is designed for young people aged 14 to 17, accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is important for participants to have good hand-eye coordination and dexterity due to the use of sharp materials, hazardous liquids, and hot tools. A safety briefing will be provided, and all equipment use will be supervised by the tutor. The venue is wheelchair-accessible, and specific access needs can be discussed in advance.
