For fresh air and fun, head along to Junior Parkrun at Cannon Hill Park for a free, fun and friendly 2k event for ages 4-14.
Taking place every Sunday at 9am it's a great way for little ones to get active.
It's free to take part although newcomers are asked to Register before their first visit.
