Live on the Bandstand: Blackwell Concert Band at Birmingham Botanical Gardens takes place on Sunday 24 May from 2pm–4pm.

Part of the Gardens’ summer bandstand series, the performance features the award-winning Blackwell Concert Band from Bromsgrove, known for its lively mix of music including jazz, pop, rock, film scores, blues, marches, and calypso.

With around 70 musicians, the band has been entertaining audiences since 1998 and has raised thousands for charities including Macmillan Cancer Support and the Royal British Legion.

The concert is included with normal Gardens admission or membership and takes place at the iconic outdoor bandstand in partnership with Big Bear Music.
