Postnatal Festive Retreat

A lovely afternoon just for Mums with kids of any age! This is a kid/baby-free space designed for taking time for yourself.

The afternoon includes postnatal yoga, a festive wreath-making session with Blossom by Kayleigh, and time for relaxation.
