Join Father Christmas and his team of cheerful elves in a magical grotto bursting with twinkling lights, laughter and Christmas cheer. Whether you’re making reindeer food with our reindeer wrangler, helping the elves sort letters, or preparing a feast in the kitchen, there’s an adventure waiting for you around every corner. Finally you’ll meet Father Christmas in his cosy grotto, share your Christmas wishes and receive a special gift to take home.

*Every child who would like to receive a gift from Father Christmas needs a ticket. There must be at least one paying child ticket for a booking. Your timed ticket is for entry to our Tudor house where you’ll be greeted by the elves and your experience will begin. Please allow between 20-40mins for your immersive experience. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your time slot so you’re ready for the magic

Selly Manor has steep stairs and uneven floors. The grotto takes place throughout the manor but you'll meet Father Christmas upstairs.
