Looking for a creative, hands-on activity this May half term? Join the fun at g&g for a Kids’ Sewing Class where imagination and fabric come together to create something amazing!
In this fun session, kids will learn how to use a sewing machine and design their very own cushion to take home. Whether they want to make a character cushion like Steve from Minecraft or get crafty with ribbons, embellishments, and bold colours, it’s the perfect chance for young makers to get stitching and express their unique style.
When: Tuesday 27th May 2025, 10:00am – 1:00pm
Cost: £40
Children will choose from a selection of coordinating fabrics and trims to make their project. By the end, they’ll walk away with a personalised cushion they made themselves!
This workshop is ideal for complete beginners but also offers extra challenges for more experienced sewers, including adding pockets or zips. Suitable for children aged 7 and up, it’s designed to be fun and accessible for all skill levels.
