Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the wonderful world of winter pottery! This hands-on camp introduces children to the magic of ceramics, teaching them to craft, shape, and decorate unique clay creations with a wintery twist.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Hand-Building Techniques: Learn coiling, slab building, and sculpting methods.
• Winter-Themed Creations: Craft seasonal pieces like cozy mugs, decorative ornaments, or playful sculptures.
• Glazing & Decorating: Bring your creations to life with vibrant colors and finishes.

By the end, participants will have crafted beautiful ceramic keepsakes to treasure!

Important Info:
Finished works need time to dry and undergo two firings in our kilns, so they’ll be ready for collection about four weeks after the workshop. They will contact you when they’re ready. Please note that occasional cracks or firing mishaps can occur—it’s all part of the ceramics journey!

Who Can Join?
Perfect for budding artists aged 6 to 11, no experience needed. Children of all abilities are welcome, but some manual dexterity is needed to work with clay. All staff are DBS-checked, and learning support is available if required.

All materials are provided—just bring your creativity and a packed lunch for the supervised break!
